As a practicing attorney at Thomson Wilks Inc, Nick graduated with an LLB degree in 2007 and in the process of completing his articles gained important litigation experience. Nick has concentrated his attention on general and commercial litigation where he has developed his expertise.
His practice includes both Magistrate's Court and High Court litigation.
His areas of expertise also include divorce and family law, insolvency matters, competition law issues and property law, to name a few. Before joining Thomson Wilks, Nick managed the litigation department of a reputable Cape Town law firm.
Having served on the panel of financial institutions such as BMW Financial Services (South Africa) and NDC Credit Management Nick Elliot has in-depth knowledge and first hand experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
